Cross-Country season is right around the corner. 
We will have our 1st practice on Monday, October 23rd  from 7:00AM – 8:15AM where we will go over expectations, information, practice schedule, issue out XC gear, and get some running in.  All XC runners need to arrive by 6:45AM.
  • The Cross-Country season over laps with the football season for the 1st time this year and will end before the XMAS Break. 
  • If your son is interested in running on the 7th/8th grade Cross -Country team then he will need to sign the sign up sheet in the boys locker room. 
  • All participants will need to have all online Rankone forms completed and CCISD physical uploaded in Rankone.  Thank you

ATHLETIC REMINDERS: 2023-24
  1. Complete all online forms in Rankone. (Rankone Video Instructions HERE, Rankone Parent Instructions HERE)
  2.  CCISD Athletic Physical Form must be completed and signed by a doctor and then uploaded into Rankone. 
  3. Sign up for SportsYou app for all current information.​

  4. Not Mandatory but encouraged! Order COBRA Pride Gear from Online Store.  . 
  5. ​If your son has asthma (requires inhaler) or severely allergic (requires an epipen) then over the summer please get one that is not expired because we have to keep one at school at all times.
  6. Athletes need to provide the following:  Cleats, Combination Lock (NO KEY LOCK), and Water Bottle if they choose​​
